About us

MAD Heads Association SMM&Strategy marketing agency was established in 2014 in Odesa, Ukraine. Since then the agency has been implementing projects for clients in Europe and the USA. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to companies in promotional and marketing activity: from creating a brand and developing a strategy for entering a new market to social media promotion.

In 2017 an office of MAD Heads Association was opened in Warsaw, Poland. It is currently the leading marketing agency in terms of the number of strategies created for Ukrainian businesses in Poland.

We effectively manage social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok) in FIVE languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, German and Polish. We develop marketing strategies, carry out marketing research, create brands and their logos, prepare websites from scratch, as well as we support the development of sales in Ukraine and Poland. Our clients are both small family businesses and large enterprises with well-developed organizational structures. We work for B2B companies and B2C-oriented business models.

On the map of MAD’s clients, i.e. Marketing Advertising Development, there are not only Poland and Ukraine but also Switzerland, Sweden, and the USA. Thanks to our support, the annual turnover of customers increased by an average of 15-25% in areas such as mobile applications, FMCG, and B2B industrial product development and retail sales. Our portfolio includes many projects related to various sectors, such as e-commerce and winemaking.

In 2017, our company was accredited by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which opened the possibility of implementing co-financed projects and participation in tenders organized for Ukrainian companies with 50% support from the EBRD.

MAD Heads permanently cooperates with the German GIZ office in Ukraine, we often act as speakers or consultants supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine.

These projects bring our team extensive experience in previously unknown areas. We have conducted, among others Asian market research, developed an export strategy, calculated ROI, and even launched a website in Chinese!

About the founder

Maria Saifudinova

The founder of the agency, Maria Saifudinova, has been involved in marketing since 2004. For over 10 years she worked as a marketing and export director in large Ukrainian companies, such as Shabo (wines and alcohol), Vinfort (alcohol import), Arber (producer and retail chain of clothing) and PG Trade (Procter & Gamble distributor).

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our competitive advantages are a strong international team and experience in foreign markets. We do not spend money on office rent, but we attract innovative marketing experts from different countries. There are fifeteen people in our team. The majority are Odessans living in different parts of the world, so sometimes our clients affectionately call us “The Odessa Gang”.
